How do clients receive the reminder?
By SMS, straight to their phone, with your own text. You set how many minutes before it goes out, from 5 minutes up to 24 hours.
What happens when a client cancels?
If they reply with a cancel keyword, the appointment is marked cancelled, the scheduled reminder is deleted automatically, and you can get an SMS notification.
Can I use my own phone number?
Yes. Connect your Android phone and every message goes out free from your own number, through your SIM.
Is the booking page free?
The public page is part of the paid plans. The calendar and reminders for appointments you create yourself also work on the free account.
